24 Hour, 7 Day a Week Access to All Claim Data:

A number of customized vehicles can be established to provide you with total access to all claims data. With the utilization of relatively low-tech (off the shelf) computer programs, twenty-four hour a day, seven day a week high bandwidth access can be established into the client’s secure claims database located within one of VANGUARD CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION, INC.’s dedicated computer systems. Access to this data can take place only from the unit physically located within VANGUARD CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION, INC.’s Woodbury Branch or via the uplink access software which can be easily secured and controlled from any location designated by the client.

Quarterly and Yearly Loss Run Creation:

Standard services include the providing of Quarterly and Yearly Loss Runs for your review and analysis. You will find that VANGUARD CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION, INC.’s Loss Runs are superior to those provided by other service organizations and include very specific information including a detailed description of how an accident occurred, its current handling status and final resolution (when applicable). Numerous financial sub-sections are also displayed so as to provide a clear picture of exactly where claim payments are going. The data is arranged chronologically within the policy period and totaled by both policy period and line of coverage.

Optional services include the customization of Loss Run formats and increasing the frequency of Loss Run reporting to a monthly basis.

Comprehensive Data Backup/Recovery Protection:

VANGUARD CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION, INC.’s clients can have complete confidence that all of their loss data is protected and safely stored. The claims data from the client’s specific program will be backed up on a daily basis and removed to an off site location. A back up copy of all data is stored on site with a redundant copy located off site in the extremely unlikely event of a disaster.
